Belver Villa lies in the exclusive development of Calabay Parc and is only minutes from all the world-renowned Theme Parks, Golf Courses, Shopping Centers and Beaches in the Sunshine State. Calabay Parc is situated on Highway 27 and is considered one of the most prestigious communities in the area with a variety of villas all finished to an exceptionally high standard. It is a quiet and spacious area away from all the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and an ideal place to relax in the sunshine yet only minutes from the parks, shops and restaurants.

Our stylish villa has 2 Master bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious lounge, a dining area, a laundry room, a private heated swimming pool and spa (that has underwater lights for use at night), a games area (consisting of a full size (8ft) pool table and a foosball (54”x30”) game table) and of course a large American Kitchen with all the appliances you would expect including a microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. All local telephone calls are free and high speed internet access is available (just bring your laptop). The property is fully air conditioned throughout and has additional ceiling fans in the lounge, pool and master bedroom for your comfort. The villa is equipped with individual “kiddy” alarms on all doors leading to the pool area and the pool itself can also be surrounded by a child safety fence for your family’s convenience.

The Villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests, including infants (cots are available free of charge on request).
