Rental Rates - per week

January/February (excluding New Year) £500/$850

Pool & Spa heat is charged at £120/$200 per week & £18/$30 per extra night. Pool heating is recommended from the 31st October to the 31st March.

For bookings of less than 10 days a cleaning fee of £50/$80 is charged.

Cot & Highchair available free of charge.

The rates are for the rental of the villa and not per person

Prices include all local taxes.

These rates are subject to change, but all prices will be guaranteed on confirmation of booking and payment of deposit.

Booking Procedure:

Deposit of £150 or $250 per week (non refundable) to secure booking.
Security bond of £200 or $350 (refunded after stay) required when balance is due.
Balance of payment is required 10 weeks prior to the start date of the rental.
Cheques should be made payable to Mr C Hussey.
We accept UK cheques and Credit Cards.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:-

More than 10 weeks prior to arrival date

Between 6 and 10 weeks prior to arrival date

Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date

Full deposit

50% of total rental cost

100% of full rental cost
